From request to delivery — a simple 5-step process
Search our live stock by part number. If you don't find an exact match, add the part to your RFQ cart anyway — we source beyond our own inventory. For multiple lines, submit a BOM directly.
Our procurement team checks availability across our supplier network and sends you a formal quotation within 24 hours. Prices include all applicable margins and FX buffer. Quotations are valid for 10 days.
All orders are Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable (NCNR). By placing an order you confirm acceptance of this condition. Submit your PO number and any comments at checkout.
We issue purchase orders to our suppliers, track inbound shipments through our logistics milestones, handle customs where applicable, and ship to your door. You can track progress in real time.
Parts are delivered with full traceability documentation: date codes, manufacturer certificates, and invoice. We provide CoC (Certificate of Conformance) on request.
